The projected "Gazprom Avia" Air Terminal, as part of the Levashovo Aerodrome Complex, is designed to handle domestic and international flights with a maximum passenger throughput of 96 passengers per hour. The terminal includes a state border checkpoint facility.

The air terminal building is the dominant structure of the entire airport complex. The building's architecture is conceived as a large-scale, sculptural object with a complex bionic form and distinct contours. It is a spatial shell with massive overhangs that cover the rectangular volume of the passenger terminal and the surrounding access roads. The roof overhangs, with their expressive contours forming internal cavities for driveways, create a complex, sculptural silhouette. A high accent in the building's wave-like volume marks the main facade and the primary approach to the entrances.

The airport's passenger traffic exceeds 627,000 passengers, and the construction of a new terminal will increase its capacity to 1 million passengers per year. Currently, Barnaul Airport serves as the main hub for distributing air and cargo flows in the Altai Krai and accommodates aircraft from almost anywhere in the world.

The facility consists of a residential building with a variable height of 5-6 stories, connected to existing buildings by an above-ground walkway. A block of integrated-use spaces is designed to be fully transparent and is highlighted in the building's volume by glazed curtain wall systems.
